I have bought Twisted X boots in the past and I loved them so much I decided to get another pair. The quality was great the leather was soft and they fit super well, but they run large in size. When I decided to return them and get a size smaller they said all I had to do was return the boots they would refund me the full amount, so i did but that was not the case. Expecting a full refund I ordered another pair of boots a size smaller this time only to find out they only refunded me a $1, because the boots I returned looked worn. I walked around my living room and put them right back in the box they got the same wear as they would in the store and after calling, emailing both amazon and the distributor they said that there was nothing they could do. So with no luck for my refund they mailed me the same boots back and now I am stuck with them.Moral of the story they run a size big and when you try them on, if you dont like them or they dont fit and you try to return them they will not give you, your money.They have apparently changed the cut of this boot and these are extremely narrow and don’t fit like the older ruff stock. Twisted X is going down hill
